The house comprises a living room, kitchen/diner and ground floor bathroom. On the first floor is a double bedroom with ensuite shower room, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom and main bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped including nespresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. To the rear of the house is a large newly landscaped courtyard garden with table and chairs and sun lounger.

Two residents parking permits are available for you to use during your stay. There is no residents parking directly outside the house, only on nearby streets. The basement and a couple of cupboards within the house are used to store personal items and are locked.
Other things to note
There are few steep steps up to the front door from street level and bedrooms are on the first floor. Please be respectful of our neighbours, the house is located on a quiet residential street with neighbours close by. Rear garden also consists of steps and steep terraces, some with no protective railings, so caution required. Children must be supervised at all times.
