No 3 The Old Printworks is situated in a little square just off Staple Gardens, in Winchester, near to all the lovely restaurants and shops. Only 5-10 mins walk from the train station and close to all the historical sites in Winchester, such as the Cathedral and the Great Hall.
About this space
Built within a beautifully restored period building, the apartment is modern and light, with high beamed ceilings and large, bright windows. There is a private parking space outside the property. The apartment also has High speed Broadband and a smart tv with Netflix’s, Freeview etc The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and light, with high quality appliances such as a dishwasher, fridge freezer and washer dryer, tableware and utensils. Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The bedroom is cosy & snug, with a very comfortable bed and luxury bedding. If you are staying for a few nights, there is a small bedside table and fitted wardrobe in the main bedroom where you can unpack your things. The mezzanine floor is a stunning space, open to the lounge with a glass balustrade. Its lovely and cosy, with a pitched ceiling and plenty of space at the foot of the sofa bed where you will find a small desk. This area sleeps 1 adult or 2 children. A stair-gate is available and we also have a travel cot should you need it. We have installed blackout blinds to the lounge to ensure a good nights sleep is had on the mezzanine. The bathroom is high spec and has a bath with a rain shower and an additional standard shower attachment. Fluffy white towels will be provided.

The apartment is on the first floor of a small period property. Accessed via a wide staircase. Unfortunately there is not a lift.
Other things to note
An allocated parking space is available for guests to use, and is located just a few steps in front of the property. Its a gated area and so a code for the gate will be provided once you have booked. Do let us know if you would like bedding for the sofa bed, there is an additional fee for this of £15.00.
